Cooking Instructions
Instructions: Remove all packaging.This product can contain minor bones.ImportantNot suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Multiple
Instructions: 200°C/Fan 180°C/ Gas 6, 20-22 mins. Pre-heat 1 tsp (5ml) of oil in a frying pan over a medium/high heat. Pan fry the fillets, skin side down, for 2 minutes.Transfer the fillets skin side up onto a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper in the centre of a pre-Heated oven. Cook for a further 18-20 minutes.
Air Fry
Instructions: 180°C, 12 mins. Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer. Pre-heat air fryer. Place 2 fillets, skin side down, in the air fryer in a single layer. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.CautionDo not overfill the air fryer.
