Preparation and Usage

How to PrepareIngredients Required- 1 sachet jerk paste- 1 sachet chilli and mango salsa- 1 large whole chickenPreparation1 Score the breast & leg & rub 2/3 of the paste into the chicken & marinate for a minimum of 30 mins (for best results overnight).2 Vary the roasting time according to the size of your chicken.3 5 mins before end of cook time coat with the remaining paste & return to the oven for the remaining 5 mins.4 Once cooked allow to rest for 5 mins, carve & serve with the mango salsa.Serving Suggestion:Alternatively use salmon or white fish fillets.Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot. These instructions are guidelines only.
