When cooked according to instructions.--

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Oven

Instructions: Rest at room temperature for 30 mins before cooking. Remove all packaging. Pre-heat the oven to (180°C /Fan 160°C/ Gas 4) Pre-heat heavy based pan to a medium-high heat. Add a teaspoon of oil to the pan and place the lamb joint fat side down and sear all the sides of the shoulder. Transfer the lamb to an ovenproof dish. Cover the roasting tray loosely with foil or lid and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven (180°C /Fan 160°C /Gas 4) for 7-9 minutes per 100g (medium) or 11-13 minutes (well done). Remove from oven, cover with foil and rest for 20 minutes.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.
