Preparation and Usage

Descale: Gently hold the fillet and rub the back of the table knife along the skin.

Run the fillet under slow running cold water to remove excess scales.

Gently pat dry the side and set aside.

Using oven gloves, remove baking tray from oven. Lay fillet skin side down. Cook on the top shelf of oven.

Oven

Instructions: 200°C / Fan 180°C/ Gas 6 35 mins Pre-heat oven. Add 1 tbsp of oil to a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Place the fish skin side down on the tray and cook on the top shelf of oven.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
