Preparation and Usage

Rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.

When cooked according to instructions.--

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Other

Instructions: Pre-heat pan to a medium-high heat. Add a teaspoon of oil to the pan. Place the lamb joint into the pan and evenly brown all sides (2-4 minutes).Once browned place in a roasting tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven (200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6) for 8 minutes per 100g (medium), 9 minutes per 100g (well done).During cooking baste occasionally with cooking juices.Allow to rest for 15 minutes loosely covered with foil before carving.
