Microwave from frozen

Instructions: Put 1/2 the pack in a microwaveable container and heat for 4 minutes on 900W (5 minutes on 700W).

Shallow Fry

Instructions: For best results, put 1/2 the pack in a frying pan with a splash of water on a medium heat for 7 minutes.
