Preparation and Usage

Preparation instructions:1 x 20g cube = approx. 4 medium size cloves of garlic.1 x tsp = approx. 1 clove of garlic.Adjust the number of cubes according to your recipe.Remove the desired number of garlic cubes from the freezer and place in a small bowl or on a plate.Allow to defrost at room temperature for about 10-15 mins until they are soft.Once defrosted, they can be used for sautéing or added to soups, stews, and sauces and can be added directly to the pot and simmered along with the other ingredients.The heat will help them dissolve and distribute their flavour throughout the dish.Please bear in mind that frozen garlic cubes may have a slightly different flavour compared to fresh garlic. Taste your dish as you cook and adjust the amount of garlic and seasonings according to taste.

Storage

Keep frozen below -18°C.Once defrosted do not refreeze, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours of defrosting. Best before: see below. Each cube can be used directly from frozen or allow to defrost prior to use.
