When cooked according to instructions.--

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Oven

Instructions: Allow the lamb to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes prior to cooking. Lamb rack only OVEN 200°C/ Fan 190°C/Gas 7. Place in roasting tin in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Cook for medium 4 minutes per 100g, well done 6 minutes per 100g. Remove from oven, loosely cover with foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking

Hob

Instructions: Glaze only HOBEmpty contents of sauce sachet into a saucepan, add the cooked juices from the resting meat and combine.Heat gently over a medium heat for 5 minutes 30 seconds, stirring frequently until thoroughly heated.Bring to the boil and serve.
