Oven

Instructions: 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4 13-15 mins Loosely wrap fillet in lightly oiled foil to form individual parcels. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Timings are subject to weight and thickness of fish. Take care when opening parcels as steam may escape.

Microwave

Instructions: 1 min 25 secs, 1 min 16 secs, Chilled (650W)/(750W)/(850W)For best results, cook in the microwave.Do not pierce the film.Place on a non metalic plate.Cook on full power.Caution Please note that the pack will vent during cooking and this may sound as a small pop.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 8 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
