Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.

Microwave

Instructions: 800W 3 mins, 900W 3 mins- Decant meat and juices from pouch into a microwaveable container and cover.- Cook on full power.Remove from microwave, stir carefully, then replace cover and cook on full power for a further800W 2 mins 30 secs, 900W 2 minsLeave to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Stir product to serve.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: ImportantNot suitable for cooking from frozen. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.

Oven cook

Instructions: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6, 30 mins- For best results, oven cook.- Remove product from box.- Decant meat and juices from pouch into an ovenproof dish.- Cover with foil and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes- Remove from oven and discard foil.- Return to the oven and cook for a further 15 minutes.
