Vinification Details

The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to retain freshness and aromatic intensity. Then, the juice undergoes a first alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. The base wines are then blended with care to ensure a consistent style and balance. A second fermentation takes place in pressurized stainless steel tanks (Charmat method), which naturally develops the fine bubbles. This process allows the wine to maintain its fresh, fruity and aromatic expression.
