Shallow Fry

Instructions: Heat a little cooking oil in a pan to medium heat. Remove all packaging and fry each product item for approximately 6-8 minutes (allow 3 mins more for Pork Links), turning frequently. Lower the heat if required during cooking.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Important - This is a raw product and must be fully cooked prior to consumption.Always ensure that the centre of the food is piping hot before serving.As all appliances may vary, these are guidelines only.Do not reheat

Air Fry

Instructions: Remove the Lorne sausage and pork link sausages from the packaging and place in the air fryer compartment. Set the air fryer to 180°C for 9 minutes. Cook for 3 minutes, then remove the black pudding slices from the packaging and add to the air fryer compartment. At this point flip the Lorne sausage and pork links, then cook all products for the remaining 6 minutes, flipping the black pudding after 3 minutes.

Grill

Instructions: Preheat grill to moderate heat. Remove all packaging and place product on a suitable tray then cook under the grill. (Do not place directly under the heat source, allow approx. 10cm space). Grill for approximately 6-8 minutes (allow 3 mins more for Pork Links), turning occasionally.

Storage
