Oven

Instructions: Remove joint from packaging and rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before roasting. 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 Chilled: 1 h 35 mins Place joint in a roasting tin and wrap the meat in foil. Place onto the middle shelf of a pre-heated oven. Open up foil for last 20 minutes of cooking. Allow to stand for 20-30 minutes before carving for optimum meat succulence.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 2 days and by 'use by' date shown.
