Microwave

Instructions: 1. Remove this sleeve and open the lid, leaving on loosely so steam can escape while the meal is being cooked.2. Place in a microwave and cook on full power for 4 minutes (900W) / 5 Minutes (700W).3. Allow to stand for 1 minute then stir thoroughly. Be careful, the tray will be hot.All appliances vary. Check the meal is piping hot throughout. Beware of escaping steam when removing the lid. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Do not reheat. For other microwave wattages, adjust times according to the manufacturer's handbook.Not suitable for oven cooking.
