Keep refrigerated below 4 °C, once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date. Cooking Instructions
Instructions: Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.Our butchers recommend brushing with a little oil before cookingAfter cooking - ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.
Grill
Instructions: Place under a preheated medium grill for 14-16 mins, turning regularly.
Oven cook
Instructions: Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/Gas mark 6/Fan 180°C for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Shallow Fry
Instructions: Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium-low heat for 14-16 mins, turning regularly.
