Cooking Instructions
Instructions: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.Do not reheat. Serve as a meal itself or with baby potatoes.
Oven cook
Instructions: Pre heat oven to 180°C Fan/200°C/Gas mark 6. Remove sleeve and top film then place foil tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 35 minutes. Increase the oven temperature to 220°C Fan /240°C/Gas mark 9 and cook for a further 5-6 minutes or until the skin is crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for a further 5 minutes. Ensure product is piping hot throughout prior to serving and that juices run clear.

Caution: This product contains raw meat. This product contains bones. Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils after contact with raw meat. Take care when removing foil as contents will be hot and steam will escape.
