Microwave from frozen
Instructions: 700W - 10 minutes, 900W - 8 1/2 minutesPlace on a microwaveable plate. Cook on full power for 6 minutes (700W), 6 minutes (900W). Peel back film lid and stir well. Re-cover and cook for a further 4 minutes (700W), 2 minutes 30 seconds (900W).Leave to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve. Check that food is piping hot before serving.
Oven cook
Instructions: 200°C, Gas 6, Fan 180°C - 45 minutesPre heat oven. Place meal on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of oven for 25 minutes. Peel back film lid and stir well. Re-cover and cook for a further 15 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve. Check that food is piping hot before serving.
Cooking Instructions
