Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: PAN FRY Chilled: 10-12 mins. Heat a little oil in a frying pan or wok until hot. Place one fillet into the pan and if it sizzles, pan is ready. If not, heat for a little longer. Pan fry fillets, turning frequently. If the juices are pink continue cooking until they run clear.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated below 4°C.
