Oven

Instructions: 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4 1 hr 45 mins - 2 hrs Place turkey joint into a roasting tray and cover with kitchen foil. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 60 minutes. Remove the foil, spoon juices over the joint and continue cooking for a further 45-60 minutes. Remove from oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes before carving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated below 4°C.
