DAILY FEEDING GUIDE
It is recommended that Tesco Rabbit Nuggets are fed alongside unlimited hay and water to provide your rabbits with a complete and balanced diet.
Make sure fresh drinking water and foraging (hay or grass) is always available for your rabbits.
The following daily quantities are to be used as a guide only.
An individual rabbit's feeding requirements may differ from this guide, it will depend on the level of activity and age of your rabbits.
Supplement your rabbits diet with small amounts of fresh greens.
Fruit and treats should be fed sparingly.

Rabbits need space to stand and hop.
A safe outdoor space for foraging and digging, with places to hide.
Shelter from extreme weather and temperatures.
Hay or straw for bedding.
DIET/ DINNER TIME
Rabbits need a varied diet.
85% of a rabbits diet should be hay or grass (not cuttings) and always available.
5% rabbit nuggets like Tesco Rabbit Nuggets.
10% leafy greens, plants and herbs.
Fresh drinking water should be available at all times. Ensure it doesn't freeze if they live outdoors in winter.
BEHAVIOUR
Rabbits are social and love to play, forage and dig all day long.
Gentle interaction with humans at ground level.
Fruit and treats can be given occasionally for positive reward based training.
COMPANIONSHIP & FAMILY
Rabbits are social and should be kept with at least one other rabbit.
Other animals such as guinea pigs are not suitable companions for rabbits.
Interact with your rabbits daily at ground level - remember cuddles can frighten some rabbits.
HEALTH
Clean your rabbits home daily to avoid disease transmission.
Check your rabbits teeth regularly.
Talk you your vet about vaccination and neutering.
