Instructions: Before: Remove sleeve & outer bento bowl. Pierce the film several times. Pop in the microwave.During: Halfway through peel back the film & add 1 tbsp (15ml) of water to the rice. Stir both compartments, re-cover & continue cooking.After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min. Stir & tuck in.6 min 800W, 5.30 min 900W
