Preparation and Usage

Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods.Wash hands after handling raw meat.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Remove all packaging.Ensure no pink meat remains and the juices run clear.Not suitable for microwave cooking. Do not re-heat.

Grill

Instructions: Place burgers under a pre-heated moderate/medium grill and cook for approximately 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Add burgers to a well-oiled frying pan and fry over a medium heat for approximately 12-14 minutes. Drain well before serving.

Storage

Keep Refrigerated Below 5°C.Once opened consume within 24 hours. Suitable for home freezing If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not re-freeze.
