Description

Basted skin on chicken breast with added water wrapped around turkey breast, chicken breast with added water and duck breast, with layers of pork sage and onion stuffing and a cranberry and port sauce.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Do not reheat.Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Hob

Instructions: SaucePlace sauce sachet in a cup of hot water to defrost.To heat, decant into a small saucepan and heat for 1 minutes until sauce bubbles. Alternatively, decant into a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30s (800W), or until sauce is bubbling.Sauce may change in colour during the freezing process, this does not have an effect on the quality of the sauce.

Oven cook

Instructions: Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Remove sleeve and film lid, setting aside sauce sachet. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 1 hour 50 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully remove the foil cover from the tray and baste joint in cooking juices. Place back in the oven for a further 40 minutes, basting occasionally. Remove from the oven and check the joint is fully cooked by placing a skewer into the centre of the joint. The juices should run clear. Drain cooking juices and allow to stand for 10 minutes before carving. Remove strings, cave and serve.
