Instructions: Remove all packaging. Place on a microwavable plate.Heat on full power for 1 min 30 sec (800W). Leave to stand for 1 min.

Oven cook

Instructions: Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray.In a pre-heated fan assisted/gas oven: Heat for 18-20 minutes at 180°C/gas mark 6.
