Shallow Fry

Instructions: For best results, fry your patties in a dry pan, on a medium to low heat. Cook them for 14 minutes in total, flipping every two minutes. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly until piping hot throughout, no pink colour remains and the juices run clear. Always wash work surfaces, cutting boards, utensils, and hands before and after preparing food.
