At the new price point (£5 cheaper than it used to be) I think it is great value. It was on the expensive side before but with the added benefits of Vitamin D and Selenium I think it is more than worth it over standard probiotics!

I've been using Good Guts everyday for 12 months now, having previously used BioKult for years before to help with lactose intolerance symptoms. I used to end up taking 4 BioKult tablets a day just to get some benefit, but 1 Good Guts tablet a day makes me feel so much better than I ever used to and it's cheaper per day too. They are the only reason I can eat dairy and not feel horrible afterwards, an incredible product.

Not a good product I'm afraid. Severe discomfort and bloating. Maybe it's just me that doesn't get on with them. Can't get a refund so they will be in the bin. Real shame cause the phizz tablets I've been using have been great and can't recommend them enough.
