Harissa Sauce (66%) [Water, Tomatoes (20%), Dates, Sugar, Chilli Paste (2.5%) [Red Chilli Peppers (2%), Salt, Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid)], Rapeseed Oil, Concentrated Tomato Paste (2%), Garlic Purée, Modified Maize Starch, Ground Spices (Spices, Coriander, Smoked Paprika), Onion Powder, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Dried Crushed Red Chilli (0.1%), Salt, Dried Coriander Leaf, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Paprika Extract], Couscous (32%) (Wheat), Whole Spices (0.8%) (Cinnamon Stick, Cumin Seeds, Cloves)

Preparation and Usage
- Just add chicken or cauliflower & peppers
- Shopping List:
- 2 chicken breasts or 300g cauliflower and 1 red pepper
- Moroccan Style Harissa Tagine
- 1 Fry the spices in 1 tbsp of sunflower oil for 20 secs. Add the diced chicken or cauliflower florets and sliced pepper, and cook until sealed for 2 mins.
- 2 Stir in the sauce and simmer 15 mins until cooked through.
- 3 Add 180ml of boiling water to the couscous in a separate bowl. Cover and leave to stand for 5 mins.
- 4 Drizzle with a little olive oil whilst separating the grains with a fork. Serve with the tagine and garnish fresh coriander.
- This product must be cooked.
