Preparation and Usage
Add 50g of couscous to a heatproof bowl.
Add 75ml of boiling water and stir.
Cover and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
Stir with a fork to free grains before serving.
Serve immediately.
Optional Serving Suggestions
Drizzle with some Extra Virgin Olive Oil and stir through some olives and roasted vegetables for a quick tasty meal.
Combine with Feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion and mint for a quick salad or a lunchbox filler.
