Regional Information

This appellation,unique in the Rhône Valley, is exclusively dedicated to rosé wines. Unlike those produced further south, these wines offer greater structure and excellent aging potential, thanks to a distinctive terroir. The sandy and stony parcels lend the wine aromatic elegance and subtle tannins.

Vinification Details

The grapes are harvested by hand, with a rigorous selection of the bunches. They are then destemmed, crushed, and cooled to 12°C. The must remains in contact with the skins for 24 hours before being pressed. Fermentation then takes place with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, without any barrel aging.
