Shallow Fry

Instructions: Remove all packaging before cooking. Cooking instructions are a guide only from chilled. Ensure piping hot throughout before serving.Preheat a non-Stick pan on a medium to high heat and add 1 tbsp of oil. Pan-fry for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
