Suitable for home freezing.Keep refrigerated. Once opened use within 2 days, taking care not to exceed the use by date. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use and consume within 24 hours. This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions.

Microwave

Instructions: (Based on 800w oven) Remove all packaging including casing & clips. Evenly slice, place in a microwaveable dish, cover with cling film, pierce film and heat on full power for 2 minutes. Carefully remove the film due to hot steam, break up the pudding with a fork, re-cover and return to the microwave for a further 30 seconds. Allow to stand for 30 seconds before serving.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Important - This is a raw product and must be fully cooked prior to consumption.Remove the white pudding from the air fryer and carefully cut open the casing to serve the white pudding.Always ensure that the centre of the product is piping hot before serving.As all appliances may vary, these are guidelines only.Do not reheat.

Boil

Instructions: Remove pudding from the tray, still in the casing, wrap the pudding in foil and place in a pan of simmering water for 30-35minutes, add more boiling water if required.

Air Fry

Instructions: Remove pudding from the outer packaging. Pierce the casing several times with a sharp fork on all sides. Put the whole pudding, including pierced casing and clips, into the air fryer at 160°C for 14 minutes, turning occasionally throughout cooking.

Label - glued. Recycle Tray. Recycle
