To maintain the freshness and flavour that Tropical Sun brings you, store this product in an airtight container in a cool dry place.

Boil

Instructions: Place the Blackeye Beans in a bowl and cover with cold water. Soak the beans overnight. Drain the beans. Place the beans in a pot with plenty of fresh water. Boil rapidly for 10 minutes. Simmer for 45 minutes to one hour until the beans are tender. If necessary add more boiling water to the simmering beans to keep them covered.
