Keep refrigerated. Once opened use within 24 hours and by the use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Use within 24 hours of defrosting. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

Oven cook

Instructions: The following are guidelines only.Some appliances may vary.Remove all outer packaging before cooking.Preheat oven to 180°C/ Fan 160°C/ Gas Mark 4.Place bake on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 15-20 minutes.Ensure food is piping hot before serving.Do not reheat.

Whilst great care has been taken to remove all bones, some small bones may remain.
