Microwave

Instructions: Remove from sleeve, pierce film several times. Cook as per below;On Full Power: 800W, Cook Time: 1 min, Stand Time: 1 minOn Full Power: 900W, Cook Time: 45 secs, Stand Time: 1 min

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: The timings are a guide only. Variations can occur between differing appliances. Two or more packs will require longer cooking time. After heating allow to stand for 1 minute. When removing lid after heating do so with caution as pack will be hot. Turn the pot upside down onto a serving plate allowing the sauce to flow on top. Spoon out any remaining sauce from inside the pot and enjoy. Do not reheat.

Oven cook

Instructions: Remove from sleeve and pierce film several times. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 180ºC / 350ºF / Gas Mark 4 for 17-18 minutes. For fan assisted ovens adjust temperature accordingly.

Storage

Keep Refrigerated 0ºC to 5ºC. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
