Boil

Instructions: Remove outer bag leave a sleeve and place in a saucepan. Add enough water to cover the gammon fillet completely and bring to boil. Simmer for 7 minutes per 100g plus 30 minutes.

Instructions: To Roast: Remove all packaging and place in a roasting dish. Cover the gammon fillet with cooking foil and place in a roasting dish in a preheated oven (190C/375F Gas Mark 5) for 7 minutes per 100g plus 30 minutes. The foil can be removed for the final 30 minutes of cooking if preferred. Allow standing time of 5 - 10 minutes prior to carving (depending on the product size).Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked before serving.Do not reheat once cooked.
