Instructions: This product contains raw fish & must be cooked thoroughly.Ensure the fish fingers are piping hot before serving.For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen.

Grill

Instructions: 10-12 minsPre-heat grill to medium heat.Turn occasionally.

Oven cook

Instructions: 220ºC, Fan 200ºC, Gas 7 10-12 minsPre-heat oven.Place fish fingers on a pre-heated baking tray on centre shelf, turning once.
