King prawns and red pepper in a spiced tomato and coconut sauce, topped with coriander.Juicy king prawns in a deeply spiced, fragrant coconut sauce, garnished with flame seared red peppers and coriander. Our fragrant coconut Keralan curry sauce is started by tempering fennel and mustard with onions, ginger and garlic and enhanced with a mixture of traditional Indian inspired spices, adding warmth and depth of flavour. Tamarind paste, tomatoes and coconut cream are added to balance the spices and the curry is garnished with flame seared red pepper for a smoky sweetness. Oven

Instructions: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 30 mins. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and heat for 15 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir and re-cover. Heat for a further 15 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes after heating. Stir before serving.

Microwave

Instructions: For best results microwave heat.800W 3 mins 30 secs / 900W 3 mins.Remove outer sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Heat on full power.Leave to stand for 2 minutes after heating. Stir before serving.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Not suitable for freezing.
