Microwave

Instructions: 800W 3 mins 30 secs / 900W 3 minsPlace gyozas on a microwaveable plate seared side up, ensuring pieces are not touching and add 2 tablespoons of water.Cover with cling film and pierce the film.Heat on full power. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: 9 mins 30 secs For best results, pan fry. Ensure product is fully defrosted before cooking. Pre-heat 1 tablespoon oil in a NON STICK frying pan over a medium to high heat. Place gyozas flat side down in the pan. Cook for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat for 30 seconds. Gently add 100ml water to the frying pan. Return to the heat and cook for further 8 minutes.

Storage

Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated.
