Oven

Instructions: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 25 mins Place on baking tray in the centre of pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Grill

Instructions: For best results grill Temperature: Medium Place under a pre-heated grill for 16 minutes. Turn frequently.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: 14 mins Heat a little oil in a frying pan until hot. Fry for 14 minutes, turning frequently. Drain well before serving.

Storage

Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Once opened, use immediately.
