Preparation and Usage

  • Dosage
  • Take one Turmeric tablet (yellow blister pack) plus one Omega-3 Fish Oil capsule (red blister pack) a day with a glass of cold water.
  • Each blister pack features a helpful 'days of the week' guide to assist you in remembering to take your supplements according to the dosage. If you miss a day, don't exceed the recommended dosage and move onto the next relevant day. You can start on any day of the week and then use any remaining tablets at the end of the guide.

I was recommended to start including some omega 3 into my diet so thought I would give these ago as they have added turmeric in them. So far so good. Haven't noticed much of a difference yet as it's only been a few days but the are easy and small enough to swallow so I'm happy with that.
