Description

Stonebaked and made with Yorkshire IPA ale and red rye malt grains.We take over 24 hours to craft this bread, originating from an aged sourdough starter. Made with red rye crystal malt grains typically used to brew ale, red quinoa and sprouted grains. These are soaked overnight in a Yorkshire IPA craft ale for a deep, malty flavour. Hand finished and stonebaked for a rich brown crust. Eat today to enjoy at its best or to keep for a little longer, try freezing or refreshing by sprinkling with water and gently warming in the oven.
