Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
Instructions: Shopping List: 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs, 2 carrots, sliced, 1 bunch spring onions 160g mix of asparagus, green beans and tenderstem broccoli
1. Pre heat oven to 200°C (fan oven 180°C), put the carrots and spring onions in a large baking dish and lay the chicken thighs on top.
2. Mix sachet with 150ml cold water, mix well and pour over, then roast for 30 minutes.
3. Remove the dish from the oven, add the asparagus, beans and tenderstem broccoli, then cover tightly with foil. Roast for a further 10 minutes or until cooked through.
