Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once opened, use within 1 day.

Oven

Instructions: Pan Fry & Oven 190°C/170°C/Gas 5 20 min Heat a little oil in a frying pan until hot. Place chicken into the pan and if it sizzles, the pan is ready, if not, heat for a little longer. Seal over high heat for 5 minutes, turning halfway. Transfer to a baking tray and place in the centre of pre-heated oven.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.
