not as good as other tesco beef products
o dear chewy after cooking slow and gentle for ages other tesco beefs far better than this so disappointed
Ok if you like fat!
Dreadful too fatty.. Come on Tesco source some decent beef. Even your finest Aberdeen is v fatty. You can do better....
Not fit to eat.
I don't often buy beef, so wanted to get some as a little treat. This is awful!! As soon as I started cooking it I could see that most of it was inedible. It all was really tough and gristly. You try chewing but soon realise you never be able to chew through it. What a waste of money and such a shame... I was really looking forward to it, but 90% of it went in the bin :(
Not tasty, very fatty & gristly
Poor quality, very fatty (hard fat not the type they melts to enrich a sauce) and gristly. The frozen casserole beef was better quality than this. Very little beefy flavour too.
same day date and fatty
This arrived today with today's date on and very fatty.
Gristle and no meat
Terrible meat . I thought id save some money but a bad choice . It was all gristle and rubbery . I made a stew and had to pick it out . I wont be buying again .
Absolutely awful selection of fat & chewy gristle!
This diced beef was unbelievably bad. Pure fat and gristle, in small chunks. I am shocked at how bad it was! I added it to a big casserole, which I made from scratch and served to relatives. It ruined the entire meal. If only I’d known, I would’ve used something else. I hope to get a refund, though the process seems complicated.
