So what does 'medallion steaks' actually mean??? I took it to mean fillet steak. BIG MISTAKE, I fried these in a very heavy based skillet to smoking. 1 minute on each side, then another 1 minute each side, as per packet instructions.... plus time to remove quickly and rested. Sliced into strips across the grain to add to black bean stir fry, Tough as old nick! Flavour was nice, BUT......................... I would describe it as chewing steak, Never again! In the bin, waste of money.
