I love this product, just a shame they dont have it in my local tescos anymore in renfrew, used to buy one every week.
Skin very hard to remove!
I found this cured sausage quite pleasant but not terribly flavoursome. Maybe that is the way it is supposed to be? A bit bland? Texture is rather soft and it melts quickly in the mouth as you chew. I have always assumed that one is meant to eat this kind of thing sliced and remove the white outer skin before consuming. However, to my intense annoyance, the skin is extremely difficult to peel off and tears every centimetre or two .. it drove me a little crazy. Probably spent more time fiddling around trying to get the skin off than eating it!!
Tesco's buyer should try this
Seemed good reviews so i tried one , must had been a bad batch, no taste what so ever , got 90% of it left, see if the birds like it. A brand produced by .JUSTIN is what to look for.

It is a pitty I haven't seen it for weeks. It makes me remind of my country and it's delicious!
I grew up eating salami from the Mediterranean and this is honestly very good! I agree with the other reviews this might be the best cured meat selection from Tesco, hopefully the next times I order it it's just as good!

Good product for the price
Best of all the cured meats. For anyone on a healthy real human food Keto / Carnivore diet, these are super and I enjoy them a lot. They're produced to a reasonable standard with lots of natural variation between batches. I'm removing one star because there have been some batches here and there that aren't up to standard.
Hit and miss
This is by far the best dried pork I have tried (and I've tried a lot) however It's very hit and miss. If you happen to get a batch thats extremely fresh and red all the way through from the centre to the edge It's delicious. However 8/10 times I have purchased the meat is going brown towards the edges and it just doesn't taste the same. Sometimes theres also soft brown parts throughout the centre where the curing process has slightly failed.
