Oven from frozen

Instructions: For best results, oven cook from frozen. 180°C/Fan160°C/Gas 4 25 mins Place the fillets on a baking tray, dot with butter and season. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes, depending on the size of the fillets. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Microwave from frozen

Instructions: 800W/900W 2 mins 30 secsPlace 1 fillet on a microwaveable plate.Dot with butter and season. Cover loosely.Cook on full power 2 minutes 30 seconds. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Storage

For best results cook from frozen. Keep frozen at -18C or cooler.
