Don’t bother
Not much chicken, had a strange smoky taste which was not right for a tikka. The discontinued Takeaway tikka was far better.
Good Food Very Badly Labelled
Much improved taste - replacing the Takeaway range which had fallen in standard, I assume. HOWEVER the labelling is anti consumer and really dreadful. It is almost impossible to find the cooking instructions let alone what to do. Change this fast because it is a nonsense - whoever approved this needs a strong talking to. There are people with less than perfect sight. We needed a magnifying glass and a brilliant light and even Good then not sure if we had read it right.
Poor. Not as good a the discontinued takeaway range
Having had the Tesco takeaway range (eg No. 44 Chicken Tikka Masala etc) for along while, which was excellent, we tried this and it is awful. Very bland taste and the "chicken" is very chewy and tasteless. I wonder why they removed the takeaway range which as I say was excellent? I think it was cheaper too(?) Tesco have discontinued some good products lately (eg the Finest chicken Madras and Pilau rice) and because of this, we will probablt try somewhener else. I think this was a mistake but I suppose it was driven by sales.
To expensive your forcing me to look elsewhere
I can't believe that this is meant to serve two I bought two of them reduced to half price added nan, rice, and popadum, just enough for two so at a normal Tesco shop price that would have been close to £14 ........... Good luck with that Tesco. Oh and the taste 5 out of 10
Oily and bland and chicken like rubber

Big mistake
I have just tried this for the first time, having been enjoying for some years now the No. 44 Chicken Tikka Masala from the Takeaway range (now discontinued). The No. 44 was the best Chicken Tikka Masala from any supermarket. This product is edible, but not enjoyable. It is nowhere near as good as the discontinued No.44 and, frankly, it does not taste at all like Chicken Tikka Masala. Big mistake, Tesco..
