Sort it out Linda Mc
Was really looking forward to these hoping it would be a meat free alternative to the common tasty southern fried chicken burger. The crisp/breadcrumb was spot on but the flavour itself was just absolutely lacking any southern fried seasoning. My partner couldn’t finish hers, I managed to finish mine but was severely disappointed
My husband and I absolutely love these! They have
My husband and I absolutely love these! They have a nice southern fried flavour and light texture inside. We thought they were really tasty and went well alongside vegetable rice.
Not completely awful
Not completely awful but blend soy meat with no real flavour, the texture is okay and they are edible but I won’t be buying again.
Avoid
Truly awful, I'm afraid. The texture was OK, but they were so so bland. There was still a taste, but one which was very unpleasant. I thought that with perseverance, I might get used to it, but it just got worse, and we couldn't finish them. Absolutely not Southern fried flavoured. Save your money and avoid.
Not for us
I normally enjoy the Linda McCartney range but these were disgusting. The flavour was lacking, the inside was bland and just not enjoyable. Most definitely will not be buying these again.
OK, not amazing
They are ok. Not awful, but not a lot of taste.
Remarkably bland
Zero taste whatsoever, there's less taste in this than there is in unseasoned tofu, and that's saying something. I am not one to waste food, but I couldn't even finish it, I imagine that chewing an inch thick chunk of cardboard gives the same amount of flavour and the same texture as these burgers
very tasty!
so good and without a guilt!
Good for a change!
Light in texture. On the whole I would buy again. It was soft inside but I wasn’t expecting the texture of chicken. I made it into a burger. I dress it with various sauces and sliced gherkins, cheese and tomatoes. Yummy! Between a thins bread.
Mushy and bland. Breadcrumbs were okay.
Very dissapointing. Was mushy, bland. Needed seasoning and just fell apart. Breadcrumbs were okay. Not the best burger, but not the worst. Wouldn't buy again.
