Preparation and Usage
Thai Inspired Green Curry.
Serves 3
Cooking time: 10 minutes.
Method: Hob.
Ingredients: 165g of meat or fish or 320g of stir fry vegetables, one jar of Tesco Green Curry Cooking Sauce (340g), 15ml (1 tbsp) of oil.
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan.
2. Add the protein or vegetables and fry for 4-5 minutes, until cooked throughout.
3. Add the contents of the jar, stir thoroughly and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
To Serve: Serve with cooked Jasmine rice.
